| The following awards are presented annually to Club
members. Nominations may be made by WVRR members only, on the form below, and must be
submitted by the nomination deadline. The awards criteria are: |
| Member of the Year. To be presented to the Club
member who has, through his or her personal efforts, contributed greatly to the life of
the club and/or has contributed in some special way to the running/walking community.

| Member of the Year Nominee: |
| List service contributions the member has made. Be
as specific as possible. Use additional pages as needed.
|
| Female and Male Runner of the Year and Male and Female Master Runner
of the Year. To be presented to the under-40 and the 40-and-older Male
and Female runner or walker, respectively, who has demonstrated the greatest running or
walking achievement in the past year. No individual may receive the award two consecutive
years. |
| Female Runner of the Year Nominee (under 40) |
| List events, running or walking performances, etc. that illustrate
achievement. Be as specific as possible. Use additional pages as
needed.
Male Runner of the Year Nominee (under 40) |
| List events, running or walking performances, etc. that illustrate
